Artist in Residence: Judith Förster

We are pleased to announce Montemero Art Residency’s first artist of the year, Judith Förster!

Judith works on the shore between visual arts and dance. In her installations and choreographies, she investigates the idea of becoming, the liminal and intimacy in performance. Combining the performative and the somatic, she works very experience-oriented, starting from the body in its political, sensory and image-producing dimensions.

These photos were taken during her performance "The Time it Takes to Melt (my heart)" where she was researching ​impacts of global climate change on our psychosomatic systems.
