In the 1970s there lived an artist at the Finca who mastered woodcut and linocut printmaking. We try to maintain this type of fine art and keep the handcraft alive. Linoleum is a smooth surface, so it doesn’t add texture to the print, while wood has it’s own unique structure and character. Every relief printing method is different,
so the prints are varied. In our printing workshops you will learn how to design, choose the proper tool to carve and make your own prints. Tools include sharp knives, chisels, gouges, a small hand press and a larger one for extensive projects. We are surrounded by nature, so everything you need to get inspired and create is just outside the door!

Open yourself to new possibilities and enjoy developing and exploring the technique of printmaking!
